If you’re feeling off and not sure where to start, you’re in the right place. Ami Swanson Wellness provides personalized, integrative care for women dealing with hormone concerns, gut issues, low energy, metabolic changes, and other persistent symptoms that often get brushed off or oversimplified.
Care with Ami begins with a comprehensive health assessment and continues with thoughtful, guided support designed to meet you where you are, help you make sense of your symptoms, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work with women who want a clearer, more supportive approach to their health — especially when they’re noticing changes in their hormones, energy, mood, sleep, or overall well-being.
Some women come to me because they don’t feel like themselves and want to better understand what’s going on. Others are simply ready to take a more proactive approach and support their health before symptoms become more disruptive.
Common concerns may include:
A simple, step-by-step approach:
1. Clarity Call
A brief phone call to connect, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit.
2. Foundational Assessment
A two-part starting point where we take a deeper look at your health history, symptoms, goals, and any previous labs or care you’ve received. In Part 2, we review your personalized plan and discuss the most supportive next steps for your care.
3. Ongoing Support After your Foundational Assessment, we’ll decide together on the next best step for your care—whether that means focused support through a six-month membership or ongoing care for continued guidance, hormone therapy, and medication management.
Do you prescribe hormone therapy?
Yes, when appropriate, alongside a comprehensive look at your overall health. Care is personalized and may include lifestyle support, targeted supplements, lab evaluation, and prescription options.
What is the Foundational Assessment?
This is where we start. We take a closer look at your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and previous lab work to understand the full picture. From there, we create a clear, personalized plan and determine whether additional testing or support would be helpful.
Who is this practice best for?
This practice is for women who feel like something is off but haven’t found clear answers. Many are dealing with hormone concerns, fatigue, gut issues, or metabolic changes and are looking for a more thoughtful, whole-body approach to their health.

I created this practice to be a place where women feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate hormone concerns, midlife changes, and other ongoing symptoms that haven’t been fully understood.
I believe that when we slow down, look at the full picture, and take time to understand what’s going on, it becomes easier to help women feel more like themselves again.
